It reminds me of a bellboy hat from the era.
The small round tilt hat perches to the front and the straw back band holds it onto your head.
A formed pointed crown.
The chartreuse green ribbon wraps around the hat and ends in a bow.
The veil is black with flocks of the same green color. It goes around the hat and ends in a tie in the back.
It is unlined and it has black inner ribbon hat band.
