The small Forties film noir era hat has a double row of felt ruffles in the front. They continue to the side.
It is a dark chocolate brown felt.
In some photos it may show as having a rust tint, it does not.
It is unlined with a narrow ribbon inner band.

In very good condition.
Size 22 but one size.
