Sold. A pretty 1950s vintage face powder compact in gold tone metal with a swirled top design and a soft metal mesh bottom. It is very similar to Whiting and Davis.
A larger size with an etched top and a filigree design along the side opening.
It includes the original puff and some powder remnant.
The mirror is perfect.
3" round.
In very good condition with only 1 tiny ding mark on the top from storage. It is very shiny and it does not have any tarnish.
A well cared for compact.
No makers mark.
This compact can also be used for change or as a trinket box since it is 1/2" deep.
