A vintage larger sized 1980s sheer dark blue colorful ribbon striped oversized tunic top blouse with long sleeves and a button front.
New without tags.

The material and design is so beautiful. A bright dark blue with yellow, red, purple and white ribbon stripes
Bust 42.

A medium size, but labeled an old 14.

The fabric is sheer with a slight fine blue and white stripes and the bold colored stripes are similar to a silk screened print.
Longer loose sleeves with a blue buttoned front and a smaller spread collar.
The bottom is finished to wear outside.
It is a straight style without darts.
The back and front has a gathered yoke for shape.
Possibly a polyester blend
