Authentic Edwardian 1900s antique beaded handbag in tiny black and blue iridescent glass bugle beads with a carved celluloid frame and celluloid chain handle. An Art Nouveau pattern with flowers.

Dark iridescent blue and black beads with a pattern in bright blue, pink and copper.
The detailed flowers are done in pink and blue with white and blue centers.
The design is the same on both sides.
Loop fringes are on the bottom.

The celluloid frame is carved with feather style strokes as is the clasp.
The clasp lifts up.
The back of the frame is solid without a design.
It has a dark brown celluloid chain.
The inside is lined in silk.

7" tall without the handle.
6" wide at the top of the frame.

Condition:
In good condition with the celluloid frame and chain in very good condition with no flaws.
The bottom loops are missing on one side. Very minor.
A 2" thin vertical piece on the right back at the side in missing beadwork. 4th photo.
The inside is silk lined and this has torn and disintegrated at areas. See the photo.

Overall in good condition, but fragile and most likely too delicate to use.
To collect or display. Or to repurpose the frame and chain which is sturdy.
