TO ORDER:
We accept USA issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, bank checks, money orders and Western Union or Moneygram wire transfers. Shipping is FREE within the continental United States; however a small flat fee of $4.00 will be added to each order for handling and insurance. For orders to ship outside the continental US, please see the information below. We have a "NO RETURNS POLICY", so please be certain of your order before placing. You may telephone (717) 428-0297 or e-mail for additional information. If e-mailing please add my address to your favorites in your spam filters if you wish a reply. Due to the amount of e-mail I receive I do not have time to fill out spam forms.

For orders to ship within the continental US only and if paying by credit card, your transaction will be processed using Concord EFS, Inc.'s secure payment gateway, EFSnet:
1. Please e -mail or telephone first to assure item availability. Afterwards, please go to the stock item detail page by clicking the stock number or picture of the item you wish to order. Near the bottom of the stock item page, click the "Add Stock # _______ to Cart" button. You may continue to shop and add multiple items to your cart. ¨
2. Within an hour you will receive an e-mail through Concord EFS, Inc. acknowledging receipt of your order. If the item(s) ordered is/are no longer available, we will so advise you by a subsequent e-mail, in which case your secure credit card data will not be submitted for processing, or will be processed for a reduced amount, representing only those ordered items that are available.
3. When your order is ready to ship, we will submit your secure credit card data to Concord EFS, Inc. for authorization and processing. You will receive an e-mailed shipment acknowledgement through Concord EFS, Inc. and your credit card will be charged. Your acknowledgement will inform you how to view and print your receipt.
4. You may also call your credit card order in. Do Not include your card information in an e-mail as spammers may collect it.

For orders to ship within the continental US and if paying by personal check, or money order:
1. Advise by e-mail or telephone of the item(s) you wish to purchase. Do Not send a payment without prior notification.
2. We will acknowledge your order by e-mail or telephone. If the item(s) is/are no longer available, we will so advise.
3. Print and complete the order form and make your check or money order made payable to "Another Time Vintage Apparel".
4. Send the order form and check or money order to the address listed in the email. Items will be held for up to 10 business days awaiting your payment, after which shipment will be made. We will advise you via e-mail when your order is shipped. (Please understand that personal checks must clear first -- usually 7 business days.)

For orders to ship outside the continental US, we can only accept payment by bank check or money order, western union or moneygram transfers payable in US dollars and shipping costs will be extra. Sorry, no foreign credit cards due to internet fraud. You will receive a small discount as compensation.

1. Advise by e-mail the item(s) you wish to purchase. We ship by the US postal system only.
2. We will acknowledge your order by e-mail and inform you of the total delivered price. If the item(s) is/are no longer available, we will so advise.
3. If the delivered price is acceptable to you, print and complete the order form, have your payment made payable in US dollars to "Another Time Vintage Apparel" and advise by e-mail when payment is sent.
4. Send the order form and payment to the address listed in the e-mail. Items will be held for up to 20 business days awaiting your payment, after which shipment will be made. We will advise you via e-mail when your order is shipped.
5. We adhere strictly to customs regulations; in that regard purchased items will be marked "Merchandise" -- no exceptions.
6. We reserve the right to reject orders requiring shipment outside the continental US. Nigeria etc
7. We are not responsible for customs charges or any other fees which may be assessed by a non US government agency and/or postal unit.

RETURNS: We have a "NO RETURNS" policy. Please compare the sizing of the garments to your sizing. It's best to compare it with another piece of vintage that you have. Old or vintage sizes are not the same as todays sizes. Please be certain when placing your order. I give very detailed sizing and measurements and no returns are accepted if the item does not fit. If you have any questions, please e-mail or call before ordering. I also provide large clear pictures of the items plus detailed descriptions to help you with your purchase. No returns for buyers remorse or items worn for a special night.

AVAILABILITY: Although we may have similar types of items in a particular category, our items are unique-one-of-a kind antiques and collectibles. We do not sell multiples of any item. All items shown are for sale in the shop and may already be sold or on hold for another buyer at the time you express interest. If an item is on hold, we will take your name and let you know if it again becomes available. I respond to all emails promptly but I am a one person operation.

CONDITION: To the best of our knowledge, all items are antiques or collectibles, unless specified otherwise. We do not knowingly sell reproductions as antiques! We try our very best to accurately describe each item and its condition. Please understand that the actual colors of the items may not be exactly what you see on your screen. Since we are selling antiques and collectibles from 60 years to over 100 years old, minor signs of age and wear are not unusual, especially in clothing and antique beaded purses. Since we constantly seek out quality pieces, all the items we offer for sale are in good to excellent condition. We try to describe minor wear and flaws accurately. All garments are meticulously measured and you should compare another vintage item to determine your size. Old size labels are not the same as todays sizing. All clothing and other items are carefully wrapped in tissue and plastic before being boxed. If you have any questions, please e-mail or call before ordering.

DAMAGED GOODS: All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment and insured for the full value. Items are very carefully wrapped so that they will arrive in the same condition we send them. If merchandise is damaged in transit or lost, you must submit a claim to the carrier.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE COSTS: Within the continental US we ship via insured Priority Mail at no additional cost however a small $4.00 charge will be added to your order for handling and insurance due to increasing shipping costs. Other shipping methods or shipment outside the continental US are at additional cost and require prior communication and agreement. We reserve the right to reject orders requiring methods of shipment other than insured Priority Mail or those requiring shipment outside the continental US. Rush orders may be available if time permits. Shipments to Nigeria and other such countries will not be allowed.

TAXES: If shipping to Pennsylvania or New Jersey, sales tax may apply. The sales tax will be included in the delivered price quoted and will be detailed on the receipt provided unless we have a valid exemption certificate on file.
