A gorgeous 1920s art deco vintage flapper
velvet cloche hat with chenille flowers. A darker tan velvet with a turned up
front that is adorned with elaborate chenille embroidered flowers and leaves.
The brim continues along the back and ends at the side in a large
"wing". Wonderful deco styling. This antique roaring twenties flapper
cloche hat is in extremely nice condition. A small head size, about 21"

Black silk antique 1910 era ladies hat with
purple velvet trim and a metal ornament. The silk is gathered and ruched over a
wired small brim on this charming Edwardian era hat. Some very minor damage to
the large silk bow on the side. This is a genuine antique hat in very good
condition. Wearable with great care and delicate handling because of the

Black silk antique turban or toque style
Edwardian hat with a black metal medallion, purple velvet ribbon and the
remnant of the original purple feather. I don't like to refer to this as a
mourning hat as all black hats were not for mourning. A larger deep crowned hat
to accomodate the hair styles of the 1910 era. About 22" - 23" inside
and it has the original black silk lining. The only damage is some splitting to
the silk on the bow on the side. But the silk is fragile and should be handled
carefully. This is an authentic hat and not a repro. |

black velveteen sporting beret hat with a fur pom pom. This huge beret is 23
1/2" - 24" inside to accomodate the hairstyles of the era. A nice
change from all the dressy formal hats.

made to fit the upswept hairdos. It is completely lined in old brown glazed
cotton. It appears to have been modified at one time due to the machine
stitching on the band. The front band is stiffened. I picture this with a
skating outfit of the day. |

1920s Czechoslovakia antique flapper beaded
bag. This antique purse is made up of fine glass beads in bronze and turquoise.
A vertical bead pattern with an extra beaded fringe of bronze in the front. A
pretty silver tone floral frame with a chain handle. It still has its original
bronze fabric lining and the Made in Czechoslovakia tag. Some minor
flaws.

with a fancy silver tone frame. All the beads are intact but it needs to be
resewn more securely to the frame at spots. Also, some of the lines of beads in
the back need to be tightened. The lining is very good and intact but only a
few of the decorative beads at the inner edges are still evident. The lining
should have a few stitches added at the frame to secure it. Usable with
restoration. |
