1950s Black Hat with Face Veil Rust Ribbon Diamond Trim Vintage Platter Saucer Shape
Early 1950s New Look Roberta Bernays vintage hat in black velour with a band of rust ribbon on the edge. A platter or saucer shape with a full face veil.
The platter top of the hat is attached to a piece that clamps on to side of the head.
The top is rounded and has a little pointed piece on the top decorated with a thin rust band and black bow.
The edges are trimmed with wider rust ribbon that has cut out shapes.
The face veil ties in the back or it can be pulled on top of the hat and tied in the back.
In very good condition. The net veil has a few tiny breaks.
